the staff was friendly to me. the hotel does have a beautiful design to it. two restaurants served great food to us.
the room i had felt a little worn, which i did not like. the sound proofing wasn't good and i heard family next door. meal times are noisy, with rowdy children i saw.

The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of options in a sizable area. Quite a feat.
Getting around was a bit of a trek. The buggy service was seemingly always "reserved". i waited an age only to be told that buggies were prioritizing others. it seemed like winning the lottery to actually snag a ride back to my room.

the grounds are indeed beautiful with a great room block design that provided a spacious feel. the pools added to the resort's appeal, especially when i wanted a break from theme parks. the half board plus package was a significant benefit, as it included complimentary drinks at all hotel outlets. obtaining theme park tickets was easy, and it was just a short walk to riverland and the parks.
i noticed there was a slight inconsistency regarding the half board plus inclusions. one evening, i couldn't use my voucher for a cocktail at the buffet, while the next night, i could. a detailed printout of the half board plus benefits would be helpful..

the staff consistently displayed a welcoming and helpful attitude, making the stay more pleasant. roy from the lobby lounge café offered friendly service and always greeted with a smile. the team at the hikina restaurant provided an outstanding dining experience, enhancing the half board deal.
